The Federal University Kashere (FUK), staff Table Tennis exhibition match organized by the University Sports Unit in conjunction with the Gombe State Table Tennis Team in collaboration with the Regional office of Promasidor (Makers of Cow bell Milk) which ended Thursday, 14th July 2016.

The exhibition was held at the University Auditorium with the Vice Chancellor as the overall umpire, who was represented by the Student Affairs Officer, Mr. Abubakar Bayu. Also present at the exhibition were: Messers. FUK Table Tennis Coach, Ngwana Monday David, Anthony Adelaja, Munir Mohammed, Austin Omonori (Regional Manager Promasidor), as well as Alhaji, Ahmed Amtei (Regional Manager, Access Bank) and many other invited guests.

In his opening remarks, the representative of the Vice Chancellor, Mr. Abubakar. Bayu encouraged Staff and students to embrace sporting activities in their daily dealings to foster peace and unity in the University Community. The exhibition also witnessed three matches, as gifts items were presented to the most disciplined player, third, second and first position winners. The exhibition also ended with a closing remark given by the head of sport unit, Mallam Musa Abba Yargaya.
