Introduction
This is the University-wide Service Charter of the Federal University of Kashere, Gombe State. The Charter spells out the services provided by the University and the standard to which these services should be delivered. it gives all customers or clients the opportunity to make complaints and the means through which they could do so in case of service failure. It also shows details of the University’s commitment to report on these services and regular review of its performance.
