The Unit is charged with the responsibility of installing, configuring, diagnosing and Troubleshooting Computers and peripherals, the Unit also support the entire Staff of the university in their day to day activities with Computer System Unit, Photocopier, e.t.c. In some instances the computer service unit may need to partner with a vendor, sister institutions or individuals/group of individuals outside the services of the University in defined and agreed terms.
